Lose your love handles with this 10 minute Snackable Workout

Love handles, like most abdominal fat, can be quite challenging to get rid of. By just targeting your abs with crunches or even other oblique (muscle under love handles) exercises, will not specifically reduce fat in your problem areas.
The key to doing this is a more comprehensive approach that involves both dietary changes and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

However, once you’ve burned off some excess body fat, you can gain significant benefits from this 10 minute love handle workout!

The routine should be repeated 3 times, with each exercise following immediately after the other. Allow yourself 60seconds rest between each set. Try to incorporate this into your training programme 3 times a week.
