DON’T be scared of eating fats!

Fats and protein, not sugar, is the preferred fuel for our bodies. Our ancestors ate mainly vegetables, nuts, fruits and meats – and a variety of it. This diet was high in fats and protein and low in grain and sugar derived carbohydrates. Today, our diets are the complete opposite! Is it coincidence that humans suffer more chronic and debilitating disease than ever before???
Quite simply, we were not designed to eat large amounts of refined sugar, cereals, bread, potatoes etc.
